Mortgage loans

  • Recent pay stubs and/or W-2 forms
  • Bank statements (last 2 months)
  • Refinance or cash-out: your current mortgage statement

Private property-secured loans

NO CREDIT CHECKNO INCOME CHECK

For borrowers with weak credit — or no credit history at all. This private loan needs no credit check and no income check, and it is open to newcomers to the United States and to foreign nationals. The loan is secured by real estate. Available in Texas only, in two forms: cash-out up to 70% of the property's value, or a purchase with 20% or 30% down.

Documents you will need

  • Photo ID (driver license or passport)
  • Cash-out: property deed or latest mortgage statement
  • Homeowner's insurance declaration page
  • Purchase: signed purchase contract and proof of down-payment funds
  • No credit or income documents are needed
